Team Leader, Nicholas Reese, has been working in information technology for 30 years, including many years in the Solomon Islands in the public and private sector. He has extensive experience in technology support, management, and training. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Graduate Certificate in Adult Education (Training), and a Masters of Business (IT Management). 

• Salome Makini - project management and cultural liaison - Salome was born in the Solomon Islands, worked for many years with Solomon Airlines, and is now an Australian citizen. Salome has an extensive network of contacts in the Solomons in the highest levels of government and education.

• Nat Gaughan - project consultant and work health and safety management - Nat worked for many years in the Solomon Islands in both the public and private sector in Work Health and Safety. He now lives in Australia, but maintains regular contact with the Solomon Islands.
