Yes, all computers are in good condition and have been refurbished and fully tested, and have many years of life left in them.

Why don't organisations in Australia want these computers?

Most organisations usually only keep their computers while they are under warranty (four years). After that, they de-assett them and send them to e-waste, even though there is nothing wrong with them.

Will T4SI provide support for the supplied equipment?

Yes. T4SI has engaged technical support in the Solomon Islands for ongoing support. T4SI will also have a help desk system for users to log support requests.

Edubuntu is developed in collaboration with teachers and technologists in several countries, and is aimed at users aged 6 to 18. It was designed for easy installation and ongoing system maintenance.
